Bohemian Chic

Having worked with Samie Lee Photography before she mentioned wanting to do a styled shoot involving animal masks and I was inspired. I adore Samie’s photography style and it was only right for us to work together on this shoot. We were inspired by a bohemian and natural vibe but stumbled across these beautifully angular and geometric woodland animal masks and a boho chic styled shoot was born from there.

The cakes were a mix of the rustic and geomantic natural shapes and nude colourings.

Longton Wood was the perfect setting, it created a fantastic backdrop for the natural and romantic colours that were a constant through the creation process, with its beautiful swing, rustic seating area and stunning woodland there was plenty to play with on the day.

We wanted to keep the palette neutral and dusky with eucaluptus, soft pink renunculus and roses and swamp the images with candles and heavy deer furs. Simple ribbon and macarme details to finish the look.

The bride wore two beautiful gowns that were a soft and romantic look with the groom in a rustic and woodland tweed 3 piece to match the scene. With some stunning sparkles that matched the colours and pulled the couple together.
